Kandy Consulting Group (Pvt.) Ltd (KCG) is a company based in Kandy focusing mainly on Socio-Economic Research. It is also delivers consultancy services in many fields including Business Management and Information Technology. KCG maintains firm global links, both individual and institutional, in its areas of professional interests.
Number of position available – Trainee (maximum two can be trained)
This is a full-time role, based at KCG's Kandy office.
These positions require dedicated individuals to self-learn, open to work with time constrained projects, and carry out the functions mentioned below:
Job Profile
- To assist the Programme Officer with questionnaire / survey form development.
- Assist the Head of Research with questionnaire development and testing activities.
- Maintain and manage data records, field updates, and Google Sheets.
- Liaise and coordinate with KCG's Research division and field staff.
Required qualifications
- Degree from a recognized university or equivalent with UGC accreditation.
- High computer literacy.
- Willingness to self- learn.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Previous work experience in survey form designing and questionnaire formatting and designing.
Remuneration
Will be based on the qualifications, experience and in line with the industry standards.
The candidate would report directly to the Head of Research.
