Operations Officer

Jegatheesan joined KCG in January 2017 and he has been a key contributor to the company’s operations, primarily overseeing operational and logistical processes for a diverse range of research projects, including translation support and field logistics coordination, and management.

Research Executive

Rashmika is a versatile specialist proficient in every stage of data collection, from sampling and survey design/translation to enumerator training, field supervision/coordination, and data cleaning/validation. 

Research Coordinator

Sulakkhana has expertise in overseeing and managing all aspects of field operations.

Her core responsibilities include coordinating and liaising with diverse stakeholders, conducting training for enumerators, and executing comprehensive data monitoring, checking, and validation to ensure high data integrity.

Research Assistant

Channa is an expert in data management in survey projects.

He is responsible for the overall management of survey data and provides essential technical leadership and guidance for field operations ulitizing the SurveyCTO platform.

Vihangi joined KCG in 2024 as an intern and continues to provide essential support to research projects.

Her responsibilities include bilingual translations (Sinhala - English), field coordination assistance, enumerator training support, administrative and documentation assistance, and conducting systematic audio/phone quality checks of survey data.

Sewwandi supports field and administrative documentation operations in survey projects.

Her key responsibilities include handling enumerator logistics, assisting in data quality checks, conducting questionnaire testing on SurveyCTO, and translation reviews. Additionally she has experince in field enumeration as well.

Research Assistant

Since starting at KCG in 2024, Harshani works on enumerator logistics and monitoring, field administrative and documentation tasks, questionnaire development support (translation, review, and testing), and assisting with data quality maintenance (checking and audio/phone review).

She also has experience as a field enumerator.

Harshika works on financial management activities related to research projects.

Her responsibilities include managing enumerator recruitment and training logistics, managing project financial tasks such as enumerator and gift payments, and assisting with data quality checks and communication with field teams.

Survey Operations Officer

Kavinda's responsibilities center on operational and data integrity support across various research initiatives.

He assists in maintaining data quality checks by supporting the creation of basic forms in the SurveyCTO platform, and participating in the crucial phases of data verification and form testing.

Survey Operations Officer  

Chamodi started working at KCG in 2025, and is involved in translating questionnaires and developing a basic survey form using the SurveyCTO platform for data collection.

In addition, she supports project administrative tasks such as preparing meeting minutes and assisted in logistical arrangements for enumerator training programs.
