Research Assistant
Harshika works on financial management activities related to research projects.
Her responsibilities include managing enumerator recruitment and training logistics, managing project financial tasks such as enumerator and gift payments, and assisting with data quality checks and communication with field teams.
She has also been involved in questionnaire testing using the SurveyCTO platform, and has contributed to project implementation and accurate documentation.
In addition, she has served as a field enumerator for data collection activities.
Harshika joined KCG in 2024 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Peradeniya.
